How to Buy

Once you decided to purchase an artwork, please click “Add to cart” and follow the instructions. In case you experience difficulties, simply click enquiry and let us know. We will get back to you a.s.a.p.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason and at any time. In such instance we refund the customer in full for payments made.

Shipping

Free shipping worldwide for unstretched paintings.  Frames are not included in prices. 

To an Australian address we on request may send paintings up to a size of 60 x 90 cm stretched and ready to hang. Please enquire about the additional cost and let us know the delivery address. 

All orders will be shipped out within 3 working days after payment is made.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation via email once your order has been sent.

Aboriginal Art is not liable for any taxes or customs applied to your order. Any tariffs, taxes, or fees applied after purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Buying via our website provides you with the option to return the Artwork in case the painting does not match the image displayed on our website. You will need to inform us as soon as you receive the delivery of your intention to return the painting. Please check the artwork on arrival and dispatch it back within 10 days in its original condition.

The expense for the return of the artwork is the responsibility of the customer. We will immediately refund the customer the product price in full after we receive the painting back in its original condition.

 

Lay-by’s and Holds

We do not provide Lay-by options but may place a painting On Hold for a Customer.

 

Authenticity

All Artworks will be supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. If you have any questions about a particular painting regarding Authenticity, please let us know.
