Return Policy

 

Customers buying from our website will be able to return unstretched paintings within one week from the delivery date (Not applicable on clearance sale items and/or any other item after 20 days of purchase.)
We guarantee a full refund of the purchase price less website, money transaction and delivery fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

(In the unlikely event that a painting is lost or damaged on transport we will reimburse customers in full as soon as we receive written and photographic confirmation of the transport company that the painting was lost or damaged on transport.)


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance sale items and/or any other item after 20 days of purchase and/or large paintings delivered stretched.
