Return Policy

 

Customers buying from our website Customers will be able to return the paintings within one week from the delivery date (Not applicable for discounted paintings and Gift Cards).
We will reimburse in full the purchase amount for the painting as soon as we receive it back in its original condition. Any expense for the return (customs/shipping/insurance) is the customers responsibility.

In the unlikely event that a painting is lost or damaged on transport we will reimburse customers in full as soon as we receive written and photographic confirmation of the transport company that the painting was lost or damaged on transport.We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
